What traits do leaders posses?

According to the article i was reading on which is written by Mark Shead and the article is titled "Five Most Important Leadership Traits"

The five leadership traits/leadership qualities are: Honest, Forward-Looking, Competent, Inspiring and Intelligent.

As leader you should be honest to your followers if not something really wrong would be happening and your followers would not know, a leader should not be seen as a dishonest person.
A leader should be Forward-Looking and in this case the leader should have a forward-looking vision, like a goal at the end of the entire journey or situation. The leader should also be willing to share the vision with others, if not the rest of the people would be confused with the situation and they would be following blindly.
A leader as to show competency, meaning the leader needs to be the foremost expert on every area of the entire organization, but they need to be able to demonstrate competency. So that you would be able to understand different types of situation.
A leader should be inspiring too, like the article quote "Being inspiring is usually just a matter of communicating clearly and with passion. Being inspiring means telling people how your organization is going to change the world."
Lastly, a leader should be intelligent. A leader should be able to demonstrate their intelligence by leading people toward understanding–even when you know the answer. So that you should that, you know the right thing to do which is not panic.

How do you think a good leader manages crisis under stressful situations?

I think a good leader should remain calm no matter whatever happens and that he should inform the rest of the people so that they rest wouldn't be kept in the dark. A good leader would be able to think on the spot for the most practical person for him and everyone.
